The main international airport, Ben Gurion, is 20 minutes drive.
All of Tel-Aviv's beaches are sandy with a quiet sea. The closest beach is located 8 minutes walk from the house. There is also the 'Tachana', the old train station (from the '20s '30s) renovated recently to shops, boutiques & restaurants. It is a 6-minute walk from the house.
Everything is within walking distance... The beach is a 5–7-minute walk, the "Old Train Station" is a 4-minute walk, restaurants, and shops are less than a 1-minute walk. Neve Tsedek five minutes walk. The city service of green bicycles has a station nearby as well.
